We have Vendor Booth spots available for pop-up events hosted by Cassaro Winery in Ovilla! These events are a great opportunity to market your business to the public and network with other local vendors.

Vendor details:

Booths may be up to 10'x15'.
Set up starts 3 hours prior to VIP access.
No electricity provided.
The total number of booth spaces are limited. First come, first serve. Booths will be sold until we reach capacity.
Booths are $50 each.
Complete registration and submit payment by 7 days prior to the event.

Your business name and a special sale or item will be mentioned by the event MC twice during the event.

Vendor Registration & Agreement

Event begins at 5PM and ends at 9PM.
The vendor fair is an outdoor event. Plan accordingly for temperatures.
Booth setup begins at 2PM.
Booths must be completely set up no later than 5PM.
Teardown may begin at 9PM or sooner if instructed by host due to weather or dwindling attendance numbers.
Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths and all needed tables or equipment.
Vendors are responsible for all of their own product sales. Host or producer has no claim to vendor sales.
Vendor accepts full responsibility for all sales conducted in their booth at the event, including refunds, warranties, legal rights and authorities, product claims or conditions, licenses and sales tax collection.
One pop-up canopy not to exceed 10'x15' in size may be erected.
Any vendors who have not paid in full by the registration deadline, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).
Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment.
Electricity is not available on site to vendors.
Please plan to provide your own battery-operated lighting for your displays.
All food carts may be subject to inspection by the local health department and are responsible to provide all applicable permits or licenses.
A sound system and entertainment are already provided. Additional sound systems or performances will not be allowed.
If the event is cancelled prior to 5PM on the event date due to inclement weather conditions, a full refund minus 3% for processing will be issued to vendors. The event will be rescheduled, and vendors will be given first right of refusal for the next scheduled event.
Items donated for raffles, door prizes or other various giveaways must be approved by the event producer and host.
Any items donated for raffles, door prizes or other various giveaways may not be returned due to a last-minute weather cancellation.
