Payment Schedule
UNFORGETTABLE EVENTS CAN BE EXPENSIVE
You already know planning an all inclusive event takes time and money. We can help reduce your stress by providing every service you need for a complete, successful experience all through one company. We handle the details, and you only pay one vendor.
Here is a list of payment dates and percentages due when planning your event:
- A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required to reserve venue spaces. The amount goes toward the total balance due.
- Complete venue rental payment is required in full 30 days prior to the event.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve catering, baking, decor and floral services. The amount goes toward the total balance due.
- Complete catering, floral, or baking payment is required in full 30 days prior to the event.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve any event or party equipment. The amount goes toward the total balance due.
- Complete equipment rental payment is required in full upon delivery or by the scheduled start of the event.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve entertainment services and equipment. The amount goes toward the total balance due.
- Complete entertainment service payment is required in full immediately upon completion of the performance.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve photography and videography services. The amount goes toward the total balance due.
- A second payment of 25% is required for photography and videography services by the date of the event. The amount goes toward the total balance due.
- Complete photography and videography services payment upon the completion of services and is required to obtain photos and videos.
