If your event has alcohol at a venue in Texas, you need to hire private security to protect persons and property and reduce your liability.
- We are focused solely on protecting your guests' wellbeing, your property, the venue's property and your guests' property. We are not scouting for rulebreakers. We want to reduce trouble, not emphasize it.
- We are there to assist and protect you and your guests from any and all harm. We protect against unwanted intruders, look for slip-and-fall hazards, car break-ins, and more.
- We assist with bar closure and inventory at the end of the event to ensure that bar service is discontinued on-time to meet TABC Regulations.
- We accept credit card and check payments and issue a receipt for services, unlike many off-duty PD or Sheriff departments.
- The price you are quoted in the contract is the final price you'll pay. No officer will ever ask for more money.

- We serve with a professional appearance for classy events like weddings. Our officers wear a button-down dress shirt and tie, not tactical gear.

For Starters
The love affair with liquor in the U.S. is often expressly notable during parties. As a standard practice nowadays, adult-hosted parties are never complete without a few rounds. But when serving alcohol in the next party, your attention is drawn to these specific yet vital pointers. These points will ensure you stay out of trouble but still have a memorable experience. As the host, you have greater responsibility to ensure that all goes well. Here are some considerations.
Alcohol must Be FRee (Does Not Apply to Cassaro)
You must purchase alcoholic beverages from an authorized retailer and provide it for free to your guests, with no strings attached. Per TABC regulations, no transactions, included tipping, are allowed.
Help Your Guests Make Good Decisions
- Underage drinking is not allowed.
- Discourage drunk driving.
- Consumption by pregnant women is not allowed.
- Always have plenty of food and non-alcoholic drinks on hand.
- Monitor consumption to prevent drunk, awkward situations.
Alcohol at Your Event
Bartending & Security Officers
- Alcohol policies vary by venue. Please contact us for clarification.
- Alcohol may be served at an event and provided by the client. Requires a credit card on file for damages, proof of liability insurance, payment for security personnel, and a $50 Alcohol Service Fee with agreement.
- Beer and Wine may be BYOB for events of 20 or less guests. No sales of any alcohol, no consumption of hard liquor or bar service allowed without a TABC certified bartender on staff.
- Events of 21 guests or more require all alcohol to be served by a TABC certified bartender.
- All hard liquor must be served by one of our TABC Certified bartenders. Drinks will be properly measured before serving. There is NO self-serving.
- Liquor must be mixed with a soda, juice, or a mixer. No shots.
- Alcohol fee and “Alcohol Service Agreement Form” must be completed, signed and received at least 30 days in advance, including the inventory that will be brought to the event.
- We will hire and pay TABC Certified Bartenders and Certified Security Officers. Minimum of 4 hours service. 1 bartender for every 60 guests expected. 1 officer will be hired per 75 guests expected when liquor is served. 1 officer is to be hired per 100 guests expected when beer and wine only are served. The rate for bartenders is $45 per hour and security officers are $65 an hour.
- Last call for alcohol takes place 45 minutes before the event ends with service closing 30 minutes before the event ends.
- During the remaining 30 minutes after the bar closes, the bartending staff will box all the remaining alcohol, seal the box with tape, and then note the remaining inventory. The bartender and the security officer will escort the remaining alcohol to the designated driver's trunk to be promptly removed from the property.
